The foundation of a well-greased control system lies on a thorough evaluation of the control system such as used by the client itself (the current system).

The first and most important phase is the evaluation of the current internal control system, and therefore the so-called baseline is set.

Hazelhoff will visualise the current controls in the client’s organisation, using workflows, which will clarify the different tasks and responsible parties within the organisation.

This phase is the diagnostic part, as it will show gaps, voids, crossovers and the span of control of certain parties in the organisation.
